Meet the Staff

Joshua has 15+ years in the industry.  He is educated with all lens options and frame styles.  He is able to edge down most lenses to fit into your own frame within an hour.  His favorite brands are Tom Ford, Silhouette, and Tiffany.  His favorite options for lenses are transitions, as well as having a pair with blue light filter to protect your eyes from the harmful computer screen.

Punctuality is perfection with Joshua!  He is so reliable and hard working.  He is a huge sports fan. Go Dodgers and Lakers! 

Jennifer has 10 years of optical experience. Within those years she has worked for commercial retail, but finds more joy in private practice. 

She is very proud to have joined Mallinger Family Eye Care and plans to grow with the practice for years to come. Some of her favorite brands include Maui Jim for sun and Tom Ford for everyday wear.

Kim brings over 30 years of experience in the optical industry, having spent most of her career in California before relocating to Las Vegas. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from California State University Northridge and has worked in various capacities throughout her time in the field. Her expertise lies in computer and multifocal lenses, with a strong focus on correcting specific visual distances to help ease eye muscle strain. Kim is particularly excited about incorporating Neurolens into her practice. In 2023, Kim joined the team at Mallinger Family Eyecare. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and her three daughters.

With over 30 years of experience, Patricia enjoys styling patients with new eyewear and has a love for all things optical. Patricia's favorite brands are Gucci, Celine, and Dolce & Gabbana. She strongly believes in educating her patients on the importance of wearing prescription sunglasses. In her spare time, Patricia enjoys spending time with her adorable pug, Louis. With a career in the medical field since 1999, Kristen brings over two decades of experience and dedication to patient care. She has specialized in ophthalmology since 2008 and expanded into optometry in 2023. She offers a deep understanding of eye health and vision care. With many years of experience managing and treating dry eye, Kristen is passionate about improving patients’ comfort and quality of life. Known for a detail-oriented approach, she also enjoys the billing side of the practice, ensuring every patient receives excellent care at the best possible value.
